On my last fitness test on September 10,2013, I did twenty-five curl-ups, thirty-two push ups, and ninety-three over ninety on my step test. On my most recent fitness test on October 2, 2013, I did twenty-nine curl ups,thirty-one push ups,and ninety-five over one hundred on my step test.
My fitness results did not go up or did not go down, because over fall break I work out most of the break.I also worked hard in class the week before that.
To improve my my next fitness test results, I can do a certain amount of push ups and curl ups each night. I can also keep working hard in class. finally, I can make sure I am
running to get my heart rate better
